These terms govern your use of Robrub Kitchie, an editorial recipe publication. By reading or otherwise using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, the only remedy is simple: please stop using the site.

1. What this site is

Robrub Kitchie publishes traditional Scottish recipes and short editorial essays about them. It is a content publication. Nothing on the site constitutes professional advice of any kind, and nothing on the site is offered for sale by us.

2. Permission to read and cook

You are welcome to read the site, print individual recipes for your own kitchen, and share links to any page. That permission is personal and non commercial.

3. Ownership of the content

The text, recipe write ups, layout and design of this site are the property of the publisher identified below, except where material belongs to third parties (for example, photography served from external image libraries, which remains subject to its own licences). You may not republish, scrape, mirror or bundle substantial portions of this site, whether for a website, an app, a dataset or a printed collection, without prior written permission.

4. Recipes are instructions, not promises

Cooking results depend on ingredients, equipment and the cook. We test what we publish, but we cannot promise that any recipe will turn out a particular way in your kitchen, and we accept no liability for the outcome of your cooking. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its infrastructure, use automated tools to harvest its content at scale, or use the site in any way that is unlawful.

6. Third party links and services

The site links to external resources and may display third party advertising. Those destinations and services are outside our control. A link is a reference, not an endorsement, and your dealings with any third party are between you and them.

7. Availability and changes

We may edit, replace or remove content, or suspend the site entirely, at any time and without notice. We may also revise these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your visit is the one that applies.
